I understand that you might not have wanted most of the quests activated in phase 4, or even now (though it makes little sense for many of them) but if that is the case, hide the quests entirely.
You have active quests that require AQ mats that we can take and not complete.
You have field duty quests some of which we can complete and others that require npcs that are not here yet! (eg windcaller proudhorn)
And you have still not activated many simple quests that could be active like deathclasp etc.
Please fix it. Has nobody even looked at the state of zone quests there?

Deathclasp, the poisoned goblin 1st floor in the inn, the cooking recipe quest. Those q’s not present but indeed those q’s like the field duty doesn’t make any sense. Plus why can’t we have a repair dude there?
