I´ve killed The Silken Court on Heroic and Anub´arash didn´t do his phase, resulting in him dying alone, the raid got bugged and there was no loot, also It counted as a kill, can´t loot this week…

Just happened in a normal raid I was in as well. We got stuck in combat and couldn’t release, nor got we ported out when we left the group either.
I killed today The Silken Court on heroic difficulty with my hunter, won an item (212429 item ID [Whispering Voidlight Spaulders - heroic]) but I did not receive it in my bag. it’s not even in the mailbox after relog…Any chance to fix it ?!
