What is PRE patch cataclysm? i mean what does it mean pre patch what is happening ? is PRE patch still a BETA? during PRE patch these boosted lvl 80’s are gonna be removed? and start leveling during pre patch all again and when live comes in remove PRE patch characters probably lvl 40-60-70 and start again?
Pre-patch is a deployment of all the new systems that come with a new expansion, but without an access to the actual new zones and possibility of levelling above 80.
What you have levelled now in Wrath Classic is not going anywhere, no characters are being removed. You just continue playing into Cataclysm eventually.
PS: Given the state of Beta and PTR the pre-patch might feel like an actual alpha, but that’s another story.
but what i leveled in cataclysm beta will the be gone?
Yes. Beta is just for testing.
