Who we are:
New Destination is small, casual guild with a heroic raiding team. We strive to be the perfect place for someone who wants to balance WoW with their personal life while still maintaining a high level of play.
The guild is made up of relatively mature players (average age is probably 30+ but we have some outliers both older and younger). Most of us have played together for a long time and have done some sort of high level raiding in the past but nowadays we have busy lives - jobs, families, dogs… That means mythic-level raiding (and maintaining a steady 20-man team) is out of the question. We still want to experience what the game has to offer, but don’t want to schedule our lives around it.
What we do:
We are most active in the evenings and weekends and host two heroic raids a week - on Monday and Wednesday nights from 21:30 until midnight (server time). We have consistently achieved Ahead of the Curve since Legion and plan to continue doing so in the raids to come.

When a new raid is released we try to also host a normal raid on Friday nights to learn future bosses and gear up alts. We have A LOT of alts…
For those wanting to push high end content we usually run M+ groups a few times a week and make sure to get everyone interested their high level clear for the week.
We use Discord for voice chat during our raids and some M+ runs, but most of us tend to use WhatsApp as our main form of communication outside of the game (we’re old school like that).
Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking to bolster our roster with some more DPS (bonus points if you happen to have a tank off-spec).
Our goal is to grow as a team, so we expect our raiders to know their role and class, keep up with their gear, keep up with class changes, and to have a good team attitude. That said, we do not have any requirements regarding ilvl, AP/Heart of Azeroth level, raider-io score, shoe size or any other metric some people deem necessary to maintain these days. Gear is not that important to us when recruiting, we are looking for long term commitment and focus on finding the right person.
We’re looking for people who enjoy the game and raiding and strive to maximize their level of play but also understand that raiding means wiping (sometimes a lot) and don’t get discouraged or distracted easily. We are a relaxed and friendly guild, and will not tolerate any drama, but friendly banter is always encouraged.
