Give us one (or both) of the draenei spaceships and let it hover over Quel’thalas. Don’t give us any access, but give us our own flying city ship. That would have been much better than this insulting decision they made.
And if the horde makes a wrong move: FIRE THE LASERS!
I have this nagging feeling the idea is indeed to make Alliance and horde players killing each others in that brightly decorated gingerbead city, after all, PvP is cheap content. No scripts, no stories, just mindless carnage. Wouldn’t be the first time PvP is forced down our throats.
I hope so. But I am fearing there will be shenanigans going on.
In DF players found a way to harm other players in Valdrakken.
They’ll find a way to harrass alliance players and somehow push, pull, teleport them into ‘horde territory’. They’ll get flagged and ganked.
That’s what I fear will happen.
Well, the issue with that is that there can never be city sieges in Silvermoon then.
And, even though I don’t get it, there are people who like that sort of stuff.
I don’t know… Blizzard needs to address this whole situation.
Oh it was fine for Shattrsth to shared. We had Alfie and Scruer for both sides and they were buddies in helping the Sunwell get back - but it’s kill on sight.
Oh and it was fine for Dalaran to be neutral too so the horde could have access, the entire city was neutral.
I’m fine with that, but find it hypocritical that even with alliance Void elves and High elves, they can’t make Silvermoon neutral, it has to be horde because hordes want the best city for themselves.
You do realise they made Suramar horde despite being the alliance heroe night elf faction’s original home city from the lore - they changed the original intended outcome of the city and the nightfalllen who were going to be healed to night elves , and made the night elf sub race go horde when they decided to make them playable - all so the horde could get the Kaldorei empire pretty city - despite the lore , and with Silvermoon revamped , they still want to do this nonsense!
It’s like - we must be fair to horde at ll costs but heh who cares if Alliance is screwed over. Yet they want players to pick both sides and want them to be proud and feel good about this.
Yeh. Funny how they gave void elves to compensate for Nightborne going horde, but kept both elven cities horde forcing Thakyssra to restore to Nightborne instead of nightfallen when they could have easily used Elisande loyalists , exiled for helping the Legion and so denied the fruit, saved by the blood elves and tied to the Sunwell to prevent withering and thus ensuring Nigj orne models on the horde and Alliance night elves in Suramar knowing full well they would destroy Darnassus.
So only void elves were exiled. Not Nightborne. And then off course because BFA was coming and Teldrassilwas going to go, night elves who would have originally naturally made Suramar their new capital, also their original home were also homeless
It took them 3 expansions to give Amirdrasilma replacement for Teldrassil but no spectacular elven city of equivalent value.
And no , a city of rural scale buildings suitable for a village is not the same as a grand city like Zin’Azshari , Suramar or Silvermoon.
So
Saying Bel’ameth village is okay compensation for Silvermoon is b/s let alone both Silvermoon AND Suramar.
So Kaldorei Darnassians, including Highborne and Oriests from 15 k who built Suramar and Zin’Azshari can’t have a city like Suramar , nor can void elves and high elves - but Bloodneoves can and Nightborne can - because they are superior and horde.
After all this my Alliance alts are still forced to help the Ugly Elves in Suramar if they wish to get class hall armor set. I’d rather slaughter those ungrateful creeps.
I wouldn’t know about that, honestly. It feels weird that the army of the light mainly has lightforged draenei, right? And they are an alliance allied race.
And then there’s Turalyon. Isn’t he like the guy in charge of the army of the light? And he’s still alliance; hell, he’s been sitting on the throne during Anduins absence. So what gives??!
But there’s lore ingame about the draenei finally fixing their own ship.
So we have another option.
It’s time for Velen to stop taking a break and cruise his ship over to Silvermoon.
When I think about it, Blizzard probably realized too late that they gave the Alliance something far too overpowered (I mean it is a space ship that can do orbital strikes), so they are giving it the “Sword, what sword” treatment
Which won’t always be there. As you can see in most of the footage they’ve shown us there’s no void at all in the skybox. The place is shiny just as it is on live, well except without the dead scar.
God forbid they disrespect the alliance. The horde warchief was made into a genocidal maniac and the horde were forced to play as the villain twice. But god forbid they disrespect the alliance.
