High Elves could have their own Paladin order.
Brann Bronzebeard did say that the High Elves are too few to have any meaningful effect on the world. Which is why there would need to be population growth.
The Void Elves are very few in number. However they still had a presence in Battle for Azeroth.
We will see how things play out.
There seems to be a lot of talks of the Elves becoming neutral races sharing their cities.
Perhaps Sylvannas was a reflection of the Horde. The Warchief is the embodiment of the Horde afterall. With their forcing others into Undeath the Horde became what they fought against when they went to war against Arthas.
That is if that’s even what blizzard intends for them, population growth for it that is
At this point I’d sooner expect blizzard to write something along the lines of most of them either joined the void elves or fully integrated into human culture and thus accepting a new future for themselves while cutting off their own history so they don’t have to write a ton of lore for a non playable race
going by how much lore we got for dracthyr in dragonflight, even that’s a struggle nowadays

Fan speculation. Blizzard will not pander to a race(high elves) that isn’t even playable and tell blood elf fans to suck it up. They never did that before for good reasons. At the end of the day gameplay trumps lore.
Despite High Elves currently not being playable. They have still very much been a part of the game. From liberating Surumar to the Siege of Orgrimmar. Few High Elves qualified into SI7. High Elves helped to take down Lei Shen the Thunder King.
So there are plenty of times that High Elves have been in game.
So? Ain’t meaning the Sin’dorei gonna sacrifice their political stance and identity for the high elves to be able to enter Silvermoon. That will never happen. That would retcon 17 years of plot.

Theres not going to be a retcon. Blood elves hate most alliance elves. So Silvermoon won’t be neutral.

From what? If anything sets up the void invasion it will be Umbric trying to force Lor’themar to leave the Horde.
