Cant upvote this enough.
I literaly got an addon called Global Ignore List just because of that server.
It felt weird but the amount of toxicity from that realm was quite noticeble.
From Silvermoon alone i have close to ~500 ignored players, not all were to toxic towards me but i dont take any chances. I see Silvermoon realm, ignore with you.
AD, can be a good server, if you want the server to feel alive, don’t have to be a RPer, just need to respect the RP that does happen, Auction House is always full and the world is filled with players-

On topic, silvermoon is bigger, however someone I met on silvermoon ended up transferring to ravencrest, hardcore player, so I believe there’s some truth in one of the previous post saying it’s better competitively.
In any case silvermoon is higher ranked both on raider io and on wow progress, it’s the higher pop realm of the 2 and probably the 2nd eu overall, ravencrest is around top 10.
Because there isnt any crafted ones …
All of Ravencrest’s top guilds are going horde in shadowlands because it’s just impossible to recruit on Alliance side anymore.
Go to Silvermoon.

When I read the original complaint
I wondered whether I had forgotten something, or maybe never noticed … but a quick trip to Wowhead confirmed.
Such a snoowflakee.
I got chars at both servers, and they are both as stuffed with ally players ^^ I do Prefer Ravencrest though 
I must be lucky then with the guild I’m in. We’re not elitist and we’re very open to the social aspect of the game.
I’m willing to help almost anyone if I can.
Not saying that there aren’t rude people on the realm, but please don’t tar everyone with the same brush.

both are pretty damn Popular however
BFA launch brought Silvermoon down for 16-24hours (dont know exactly) as it did with Draenor too.
BFA Launch did not bring ravencrest or tarren mill down 
imho Ravencrest (alliance) and Tarren mill (horde) have best of both worlds, huge Popularity but arent overfilled so dont have the system problems the larger 2 do.
