Hello everyone!
I’ve just logged into WoW for a quick play, not realising the Midnight Pre-Patch has gone live and all of my addons, bars and talents have been reset (Yes, I know, everyone has said the same things, but hear me out). I just play for fun, I don’t read the Lore or keep up to date with stuff, I play, because it’s a release and I love it and have been playing since Vanilla. I’ve tried to do some investigations and research, but I’m really looking for a simple answer, without all the jargon and opinions, just give it to me in black and white..
I used CT Mod, Titan Panel, DBM, Recount, Atlas Loot, Auctionator, Pet Tracker, Decursive, Scrolling Combat Text and Handy Notes, to name a few 
Now, I’m not after judgement or opinions as to why I used these, I just want to know if they are now all abandoned and no longer work, like forever? Or will they work after the live release? I’ve updated them and they all say incompatible. So is this it? My relationship with CT Mod has lasted over 15 years, and this is the end? Because if so, I have got daysssss of work re-doing all my bars and other UI thingies!
Just tell me honestly… Have they all gone? Forever? 
Anything combat related is pretty much gone. Handynotes still works for me, so that one should be fine.
Blizzard implemented their own version in the game now. Damage meter, DBM/GTFO and health bars.

Hey. Thank you for the reply. I thought this was the case, but just wanted someone to confirm. Thank you. I’ll be spending my next week, sorting our new bars and all the Blizz UI accessories
Auctionator still works for me.
I for one uninstalled Dbm, so not sure.
I dont have the rest you do.
But unless its combat related they should work.

Wowhead has several lists of addons that are still working, you can take a look there as well.

Just update all your addons [using Curse or whatever] and disable force load, number of those you listed work in Midnight.

In order to know what is happening to specific addons you need to look up each one and see if the author has commented on a midnight version.
Most addon writers have jobs, some even have multiple addons they manage. Some have thrown in the towel and have declined to go on.
Many run social media accounts, discords, are on github or have info on curseforge.

Yes, thank you, good idea, I will try that. But in the meantime I still need to re-do my bars!
