Simple demonic tyrant fix

This is mainly a change with PvP in mind, all tho it would affect PvE very little if at all in most situations.

Instead of a time duration, the tyrant has a set amount of charges, for example if cast time is 1 second it could have 15 charges.
This way mainly in PvP, it would be harder for enemies to completely avoid the tyrants damage, and also lessen frustrating situations in which the tyrant just stands still wasting precious casting time because he is out of reach or just having issues choosing targets.

Thoughts?

It would also remove the very unfun aspect of watching some of your wild imps despawning during the tyrant’s cast time, and maybe half of your imps disappearing before you get the cast off if you have to move for some reason and interrupt your cast and then recast it.

Getting a strong tyrant out requires a whole lot of setup, and it’s way too easy to miss the window where it’s optimal.
