I’m a software developer and I hope this is a simple noninvasive suggestion
If a server needs to start from some emergency then just simply start hardcore realms with everyone at their hearthstone location - loosing combat and all buffs/debuffs
Sorry, blizzard doesnt have the resources to do anything, theyre too busy using the ingame support system to threaten players whose trolling clip went viral or ressurecting streamers
