Hey fellow rogues. I’ve mained sub since 9.0 but I’m going to try and build up assy now for novelty, mainly focused on m+ and casual raiding (and may try pvp later)
I understand snapshotting as a concept ie when subterfuge garrotte is applied the whole Garrote deals increased damage so don’t reapply it until it falls etc.
I have a couple of other questions about snapshots.
Firstly, does the vendetta rebuff immediately begin to trigger the bonus damage (ie all active dots will begin to tick harder) or is it a case of applying dots when active nets the buff? Do dots benefitting from vendetta deal increased damage (if applied during) even when vendetta drops?
Also, does elaborate planning snapshot? So if I finish and get EP, and then Garrote and Rupture/Tempest, will these dots be buffed by 10% for their duration or only for the 4 secs?
Currently I’m playing as if vendetta only buffs when it is active and same for EP but I’d appreciate any info here which may improve my play.
