Fixed that for you. Imagine playing a race that has “increased movement speed when you’re dead” as a racial.
Racials affect you on every lvl of play, even the biggest noob is affected by them, they are not barrier but they just cause disadvantage
And yes, racials are situational, problem is that horde ones are just overall better

Hell no it wasn’t balance. It made Trolls best PvE race along the Orcs, especially in caster department. It scales insanely with gear and had no requirements for activation, meaning guaranteed trinket like CD.

Just turn off all racials for arena and be done with it blizzard dont have brain power to balance racials right as we can see with current BG policies.
