Since we hate mobility so much

Lets make it so everyone who carries flags in BGs have 0 extra mobility so basically just 100% running speed. Now we have immortal dragons flying across the map instead of monks so ggs this is 100% better

I think it would be FAR better if the flag gives you a vehicle bar instead that contains 4 new abilities of which double press does a similar but different action.
Heres an example :
Pressing 1 dashes you forward, pressing 1 again dashes you forward AND gives you 12 sec mobility buff
pressing 2 gives reduces damage taken by 70% , pressing 2 again gives you 60% dodge and 60% chance to spell reflect.
pressing 3 gives you a strong HOT, pressing 3 consumes the hot and heals you for X amount.
Pressing 4 does AOE stun, pressing it again does a thunderstorm effect.
These are all tanking abilities you will ever need and there wont be discrimination becuase everyone will have them.
It will also insetivise teammates to stick around the person with the flag since he cant really deal damage.

I’d never, ever pick the flag up ever again. Vehicles interface in any aspect of WoW makes me groan.

Just disable all movement affects while holding the flag would be enough.

Well, I’ll guess that will merely bring tank meta back, but classes like druids and mws will still have decent mobility

no one will ever cross then. Okay maybe vs 1200 blitz players sure, but else nah.

At least dragons can’t port through 3 layers of brick walls and 2 floors like MW could ( … or still can?)

Prevoker mobility is fine, the issue is that they are pretty unkillable, same goes for disc.

Some degree of dampening (10%) would be healthy as healers are gods in Blitz.

I want a working flying mount while carrying the flag, but just for me thanks.

This wont work.
Why ? because we will resort to counting on tanks again meaning → longer ques.
And if you dont like Vehicle interface- good , you dont have to be a flag carry, anyone else can be that.

so instead of wow we will have Need for craft: undercity where dh’s, dragons and other speed classes will have a race against flag carrier
