When can we get free race changes since you can identify as anything?

tbh, i cant see blizzard giving up name changing as a service. that would mean they would drop two income sources at once.
maybe you could just farm a tokens worth of money and change your name then via game balance?
I don’t think we’ll see that either, but then again I never expected Blizzard to make gender change free.
I posted here on the forum claiming there would never be a free gender change within the game, but I was actually proven wrong shortly after.
I believe that Blizzard did make this free due to the current state of modern society. But when someone undergoes a gender change, it’s also very common to change their name to match their new identity. So perhaps Blizzard will reconsider this.

People would just be buttheads to anyone they want and they’d name/gender change so no one would recognise them.
And if they changed their name right after being toxic to someone, the reporter would have the wrong name.

I don’t see them just doing away with the service and giving name changes like that.
But they should give free name changes with the gender change option, but not something that can just be done whenever,
You should be able to change the name when you gender change once per month or 2,3 month, and if you want to change more often the paid service will still be available.
Either that or they should let you set a 2nd name that is used when you switch gender. So you’d have 2 names for the character depending on which gender you swap to.

We do not know how Blizzard are going to handle name changes with regards to changing gender in game. We’ve had no information yet but I’m sure they’ll clarify at some point.
maybe they just did that to pander to certain people and bank in on name change services. 
If anything they should give one for free at the start of the expansion for those that want to change their gender but they should keep the paid service after that to avoid people being even more toxic than they already are

Because some names are more masculine ? I dont see myself changing to female and keeping this name
The vast majority of names I use are gender neutral. If you feel that way in the first place, why isn’t yours?
Maybe some sort of limitations can be put in place to prevent abuse if it were to become a thing.
I’m gonna say something, it may not be right but I’m going to say it anyway, Where is the H for heterosexual in LGBTQ+? It ain’t there is it? Why is it excluded?
I am a man who what always identified as a man both physically and mentally and who wants a woman who Identifies as a woman both physicality and mentally.
People tend to think of that as abhorrent as it doesn’t fit into the LGBTQ+ themes. Guess what? It’s as normal as anything else, people tend to make the LGBTQ+ sexuality as pro-active, but just because I like the traditional things, it doesn’t make me worse or better than anyone else.
Funny to say that from a female char.

Better, just give us the means to have a surname.
No more atrocities of accented and weird lettered names.
It can work if you can change your name for free all 6-12 months, I believe.
I got a feeling the gender change was their lowest income, payed service, anyways, becuse most who change, do change race at same time, what meens you can change gender also, atleast I was when I did it.
also name changes make punishing people who break rules very difficult so i doubt thats becoming free anytime soon
My brain says we won’t see them, but from a logical standpoint - and they took Roleplayers into consideration, they would?
Would be a bit odd seeing a Human male running around with the name Barbara.
