Sinful brand not being applied by Metamorphosis?

Been testing out meta in M+, it seems to often not apply the dot at all

So what i’ve noticed is the following:

  • If you just use Meta on a pack, Sinful Brand is applied to anything in range as it should.
  • If you already used Sinful Brand + Eye Beam on a target inside a pack and then used Meta, sometimes Meta fails to apply brand to other targets.

I think it is a bug caused by the newest change, where SB is no longer overwritten if target already has longer duration application on it. I guess it registers that target, but instead of skipping to apply SB only on that target, it completely ignores the whole pack.

Can confirm this, brand will not be applied AoE by Meta to any targets if there is a target with a Sinful Brand allready in a pack of mobs
