I looked on wowhead, still unsure.

It says it drops off certain trash in karazhan, but was wondering if it means all trash could drop it, or only certain ones it states.

It also says it drops off trash in shattered halls and hellfire ramparts, doesn’t make clear if it’s heroic or normal though. If it’s normal that’s great I can farm, but don’t want to be wasting my time.

Singing crystal axe is a world drop and can be found from a lot of enemies around the Outlands
