I am a new player, so go easy on me 
I have a question:
I tempered a bit with my skill bars. But now, in some story quests,I get a single action button. The button is at an odd place. the button is over my skillbar 1 and 2 down in the middle of the screen.
I tried editmode, but I cant seem to move that single button. Only my skill bars…
Is an addon blocking it? Got only a few.
How to move that single action button, when it appears in some quests higher up?

It is the extra action button.
Have you checked the Extra Abilties option in your edit mode? It will allow you to move that button to a more convenient place. At least i guess it’s the Extra Abilities button 
Yes its the extra action button. Its over my skillbar. cant move it via edit mode. How can I move that button higher up ?
you have to tick the box in the Edit Menu to be able to appear and move it
It’s in a bad position but nothing beats the most stupid placement of all.
The annoying talking head is placed by default over your entire action bar.
I have in HUD edit mode, show grid, snapto elements, advanced options,target and focus, raid frames, party frames,bossframes, buffs and debuffs, castbare, talking head… whatto choose?
It’s in the Combat Section on the right side and called Extra Abillities. When I tick the box i can move the button.
