Sinrunner Blanchy and warlock - strange effect on login

I noticed a very strange thing while using Blanchy on my warlock - when I log out while riding it, the next time I log in the character will have the same red effect as the mount.

It only works while I’m riding it, if I stop and then ride it again it doesn’t show anymore. But it works with every login and only with my warlock.

I didn’t have any particular buffs active, only “Whee!” from the Darkmoon carousel (but I tried without it and it still worked).

Is it intended? Maybe a special effect for warlocks or just a bug? It’s fascinating! :slightly_smiling_face:

I think I’ve seen this mentioned before on either wowhead or icy veins.

I tried the Gamon’s Braid trick and it works as well!

Another cool feature of this mount is using Scroll of Aeons while riding it, it will turn you into a ghost and Blanchy will become a “normal” black horse (with glowy red eyes).

It’s a very cool and unique mount, I love it!
