Skippers procs roaring queen → Roaring queen procs everyone elses thunder gems.
Someone else’s skippers procs roaring queen → that procs your thunder gem.
The thunder gem proc is 1k of all secondaries. So a roaring queen proc is 4k secondaries x4 for 4 players. So 16k stats.
Just give up, they are trolling.

I mean if anyone reads this and actually believes them, while they provide absolutely 0 data about their claims of the ring being bad, thats on them.
Still waiting on proof where you process your gem and actually show process on some one in your group with the buff the gems do not say they process for party why even expect that, you chasing a fairy tail at this moment explaining how gem works or how you think it works.
If the citrines do not mention buffing other players as well i am gonna assume it does not and yes if they do buff party then yes its better but you need proof not just words of hey gem does this, while gems say they do not on paper.
Have you even read the roaring queen effect? It was the first gem you got right at the start of the isle. It literally says it buffs other party members in the tooltip.

Skippers can proc ANY gem. Think of it like this.
Skippers is a wheel of fortune with 11 equally large segments: it has 4 great outcomes (the 3 stat procs, thunder damage gem), 2 good outcomes (the wind and storm damage gems), 5 bad outcomes (3 healing, 2 tank gems) and one super jackpot (Roaring war queen).
The super jackpot is worth 4x more than a great outcome.
The reason skippers is good is because it procs war queens sometimes without anyone having to actually wear war queen.

You need the roaring war queen citrine for that to happen, and you been claiming without actually providing that critical information before, so i am not taking you serious anymore, you can go on share your opinion however, but please provide that critical detail next time.

You can see this extremely clearly by looking at your buff uptimes in groups that are doing it. You’ll have a buff which shares the name of your active thunder gem, and the uptime will be roughly 9% x the number of people using skippers.
I did you however you could not even provide information about roaring thunder gem and making claims that Legendary skipper citrine interacts the same way even tho it says no where that it does, every time i asked you ignored it and i even mentioned this gem my self now you trying to pin everything on me as if i am wrong.

Skippers listed as bis for 37/39 specs, and the two it’s not I suspect are errors on my colleagues part / hedges against other people incorrectly not using it themselves.
Only see 2 specs with Roaring gem for mythic+ and that is blood dk and vengeance dh what other classes have it as BiS for mythic+ ?
Why would that matter. Nobody has to be wearing roaring. Skippers procs the roaring effect for you. It procs any gem, even ones you are not currently wearing, that’s the entire reason it’s good.

That situation is bassicly almost never gonna happen unless you have these 2 tanks.

When it procs roaring, it behaves as if YOU ARE WEARING IT.
It procs, activating everyone else’s thunder gems. Making it 4x the value of an actual thunder gem.
Nobody is actually wearing roaring in this scenario. The roaring procs are all just coming from skippers.
