do you have to do it on every char or can u skip it after the first one
All I did on alts was pick up the quest near Khadgar/Alleria, then go to the airship, went to the island. The first quest once there sends me to another npc, they have the skip text. You then automatically get the ring and the upgrade item.
So all my capped pala alts also have the ring and three bis gems. I had to buy the gems from the vendor on my main and send them/use warbank. But it’s easy enough.

I picked it up on my alt and couldn’t find any skip button unfortunately and didn’t get the unlimited breathing buff either… The bright side is that the quest itself is quite fast to do…

And if its such a fraud, why is it BiS for Holy priest even at 642, over 639 rings.
If you are talking about the buggy way of acquiring the gems than sure, thats really bad.
However bugs ≠ring being bad.

You can genuinely do the math by hand if you’re so inclined, it’s just kinda tedious. The output of skippers in group content is on average significantly higher than the difference in stats between a two stat gem circlet and a 636-639 regular ring with 2 sockets.
