You can choose the spec (tank or dps) and then click on the races option
The data is purely from a dps point of view though.

But why? Icy Veins references Bloodmallet, and Bloodmallet points people in the direction of Icy Veins (or Wowhead, depending on class/spec). Do you have any specific examples of bad advice? And is it current?
Icy-veins is still good for beginners.
I guess Class Discords are better for higher end stuff. I dunno.

dunno… Thats what people tell me:-) For the rest i ask players who play the spec or watch youtube video’s
Icy is very good entry level site. You start new alt ? Try new spec ? Try M+ 1st time ? Try M+ 1st time with new class/spec, and want to do visions, and ponder what would be good cleave spec (M+ specs workk well!)… quick summaries for basic knowhow. With icy you get on feet and go start doing practice runs.
Also people tend to bash whatever guides for no reason other than ‘some dude said on general’. yes, I know some ‘dudes in general’ admire greatly their ‘influencers’ and discords, but Icy, wowhead, etc keep their advice kind of up to date and they offer basic information from where you can go on.
Bloodmallet seems to be a nice new advisor for azerites, essences etc. I love their copy-weights for azerite spells features.
Once you set up, and got class feel under fingertips, then you can move to simcrafts and fine tuning. Which all would take a lot more dedication.
