Does the perception stat work for skinners? Seems like a silly question but in all my time skinning i have not seen a single proc, while i am getting them all the time on my Herbalist and Miner.
Perception is a Gathering stat. So yes it should do.
There was a Woweconomy thread over the weekend about whether some of the stats aren’t working correctly. Most people think the stats are, but there are some reports they’re not.
The best solution is to make a note of what you skin against how many nodes/bodies. There’s probably an add-on which will keep a record for you.
