[ Skinning ] Bait Crafter Cooldown Reduction working?

40 points in Bait crafter specialization reads “the amount of cooldown refunded…is doubled when skinning Elite and Rare creatures”.

Having all 40 points in all 3 specializations of Bait crafter nets me a 22 minute cooldown reduction when skinning normal mobs. Same with rare or elites. Submitted a ticket to support and got closed as resolved. Nothing changed though.

Am I missing something here? Please help if you have any info.

Still not working no. Tried it today and it still only give you the same refund as regular creatures sadly.
