Skinned 10 Hellboars, got 1 skinning lvl from 300-301, they’re all orange skinnables. This doesn’t seem right?

No idea but it feels very strange. I dont think it should be like that…

I thought it’s just supposed to be super slow at this point? I did 1-300 skinning yesterday (good god, never again) and after 200 it took 1-3 enemies per skill-up. After 250 or something like that it was up to 5 per skill-up. And I was skinning yellow or orange ones the entire time.

It took me about 40 mobs to get from 295 to 300 on yellow skins before TBC so I can see it taking that many to get one level on orange.
For some reason 297 to 298 was the worst.

Same here skinned 22 hellboars and my skinning is on 302, all orange something definitely feels off.

This definitely feels bugged. Googled to see if it was bugged after skinning around 20 mobs and getting no skill up, have definitely trained, skill shows 300/375.

its normal its was changed in ether Wotlk or cata that skining orange mob on high level was always giving a skill
