When druid cat and bear die I should be able to skin them, this is basic right of all skinners.
Please can you at least try to make this game more immersive for me and many other skinners?
It’s silly that i can skin bears and the like everywhere else, pretty silly if you ask me.

And Worgen, they used to be skinnable before they where a player race, with Worgen druids in bear form giving double mats.

Then I should be able to skin humanoids as well. Feral claws would do a quick job of it.
Traditionally you can’t skin Humanoids, which I guess includes a Druid in another form, BUT … I recently noticed the tent/bivvy things Kobolds have in the Human starter area are made of Human skin and have the victims faces stretched out. Yuck.
we should be able to skin anything with skin
make it happen Blizz
Not a bad idea…not bad at all.
I still remember my rogue skill skinning in Cata. When I killed worgens, noticed “knife” show like I can skin them. I took worgen’s skin and like “okay…”
But, later blizz fixed not long skins for worgens.
Well surely by the definition of skinning, you should be able to skin any race? I don’t see why fur is the deciding factor.

Next you’ll be suggesting we can butcher dead players to increase our cooking skill.

Thats a good idea. I would also like to trap a druid in animal form(or scare beast them in shadowlands) and then proceed to “tame beast”.
