I’m 52 and skinned 5 dragonkin in a row that conned “yellow” for skinning - NO skillup. Wth??
I have skinning at 300 and trainable to 375 (bought it in outland).
bruh… stop spamming threads just keep skinning and you’ll level up eventually.
Skinning is way harder to level up in TBCC than in Classic-Classic. Even skinning orange mobs doesn’t always give you a point. Many people have noticed and complained about it, including myself. Just be patient.

Skinning is the only skill that does not automatically give a skill-up on yellow, and not even on orange mobs. Just go on skinning.
It’s working as intended and indeed as in Vanilla - TBC 2006 onwards.
Yeah i had to skin 32 boars for 301 skinning when i entered outland. Was about to submit a bug report at 30 mobs. But kille 2 more and there it was.
My skinner is level 307 and level 53. Those 7 levels are all on green. I’m not sure how many I had to skin but I know it was a lot.
