I completed the campaign on my main but it seems that I have started it again on my alt as my quest log shows I’m on chapter 0/5.
Can I still skip the intro now? When I talk to Brann there is no option to skip it.
P.S. up front: Oh, D’OH!! I forgot to ask whether your alt is level 80. 
Brann does offer your alt a place to start questing, but doesn’t offer the skip until you hit 80, which you can do by dungeons, quests, world quests, delves, gathering, whateber.
I’m sorry, I don’t know for sure.
Is Brann offering you anything?
I don’t remember the sequence exactly, but I thought he offered my alt the choice of zone to start before offering the skip? Maybe? He definitely offered my alt the skip though - I know that.
It also depends how you got there, Did you take the skip from Khadgar in Dalaran, or go through the Dala scenario and end up on the beach with Jaina, in which case maybe it’s Jaina that offers the skip?
