What do I need to complete on my main in order to use the alt skip in DF? On my 60 I can only start from scratch, can’t be bothered to, so would like to complete the requirements on my 70 first.

What alt skip?
There is nothing in Dragonflight to skip.
When your alt arrives in Wingrest, you already have all your Dragonriding glyphs ready to be placed (which you can do on the pier) and a flight path to Valdrakken.
There’s nothing like the Maw entry that needs to be skipped.
I see, I thought I’d be able to ‘skip’ campaign and just do world quests etc. Thanks!
You can do World Quests.
You don’t have to do the Campaign.
If you have opened WQ on your main by completing the Campaign, they should show immediately for your alt.
(I think there’s a quest you get on landing to get 3000 rep - essentially the weekly.)

You can.
You can just arrive in dragon isles and do everything your main char can do.
Only feasts and siege has to be unlocked with a small storyline.
You have to have done the storyline on your main, alts should just get WQs.
