Is there any working mods which just skip all the RP crap I don’t care about the story and I won’t be reading anything I just want to get to max level as quickly as possible to get it out of the way.
I can just spam the ESC key to get out of any of these crappy cut scenes but wondering if there is a mod that will do all this for me and just accept any quest from NPC’s I talk to and skip anything and everything the NPC’s spam out.
I am already running BeQuiet so I don’t have to listen to the same crap over and over again when doing dungeons but it would be great to have something that skips all the campaign stuff because I have heard that blizzard has made the campaign a longer grind this time around for some reason.
I can very much understand that the story in this “Last Titan Saga” is bland, mediocre and terrible and it’s very easy for people to simply say they don’t care about it, and the writers should probably feel ashamed of themselves for what they turned WoW into…
… But it’s got to be the most disheartening thing you can think of. Like a chef seeing a table full of uneaten food disheartening. To see someone so flat out saying “Hey I want a mod that lets me skip EVERY story beat, I don’t care about it, I just want the gameplay”.
Hell, I can’t even get mad at the OP and question the purpose of playing a videogame with zero hook to it, as sometimes “Gameplay” isn’t enough of a valid motivator (It is for a game like Tetris which is really simple, but usually there’d be something else for a game like WoW or a similar game in question).
Totally understandable. I think some people (including me) just want to run dungeons, raids, pvp or delves at max level and cannot be bothered with leveling and questing in general. Especially that the quests are largely the same since Cataclysm. That being said, most of these RP are already skippable. At least my experience is that the long RP sections have an option for it.
I got to 81 and since then its just been dungeon spam a lot of the quests are hard to do right now because you either can see what you need to click on all the mobs are all dead due to the high number of people trying to do the quest at the same time.
I will try the mod suggestions out this evening so far I think I have had to skip maybe 6-8 cut scenes so that’s not so bad.
I have no idea what’s going on but what I do know is that I really hate this new city so considering just leaving TWW city as my home for now as its easier to navigate.
all I have are addons that help you more quickly navigate menu’s
dialog key adds number keybinds to dialogue options and space as a shortkey to accept quests when a dialogue is open
it really helps when you have to plow things you’re not interested in or what I like to use it for: whenever doing content I’ve already completed on a different char so I know whats going on already
I don’t think the option to have such things are controversial, personally, if only because there simply are people who after they play through something once, it’ll feel like a slog the second time if they have no quick way to navigate through the UI

I am about to join you. The first part of the campaign I am on is already giving Venari echo-dome storytelling and its put me off. We facing the void and some supposed super enemies somewhere, but hey lets stop and inspect the plant life and rescue a cat from a statue. Unless that child has some secret magic arsenal I just don’t get the bland story telling and clearly self insertion yet again by a writer. Fire that person.
What you looking for is addons not mods and yeah there probably one that does this, i can imagine people wanting this when they already seen it before, or when they just want to level quickly and bother with it on YouTube later on or thru an alt.

Some people only enjoy the pressing many buttons part and doing dungeons and do not care about the lore at all, and then you have people that do but do not care about end game content and so on.
The game supports that already out of the box. Simply queue for dungeons; start with M0 lvl80 TWW dungeons until normal MN dungeons become available, then spam those.
But that’s not the solution the topic creator wants, because doing quests will lead to the level cap faster. So they want the benefit of the experience from doing quests without however having to “endure” the reading and travelling part. And while the game also somewhat supports this by simply spamming the Esc button, that is still not acceptable by the topic creator, they want it automated.
At some point we just have to put our foot down and tell someone that they are playing the wrong genre.
