Please stop ignore this, it is time you fix it so we can skip the intro quest for shadowlands? It is NOT fun to do all again! I want to skip intro so I can go to Oribos. Most of us want to skip intro so stop annoying us, Blizzard!!!

They rarely remove the intros in the past, why start now with one thats so short its not even worth making a fuzz about?
Let me see… Draenor intro has skip. Legion intro has skip. BFA intro has skip. Hmmmm. Yeah that statement is false. I have already done the intro with 40 of my chars but I still find it a complete timewaster and think they should add a skip, not for me but for others that are not so patient.

I’m pretty sure they’ll add a skip soon enough. I’m not sure I saw it in the upcoming changes scheduled for 9.1 though
What 9.1? This game is clearly abandoned, this is worse than Tanaan jungle.

The maw intro is one of the least worries for alts tbh. At least while doing it you actually gain around 1-1.5 levels worth of xp. Its all the barriers placed at 60 which are clearly there to waste our time that are more worrying.

If you ignore the quest thats given to you and enter the portal manually yes. And he is still semi correct. Yes there are skips now. But when it was current they didnt bother to introduce a skip until further down the line. The exception was BFA because part of its intro was already in the pre patch (siege of the undercity).
And i assume the intro is currently not skippable because of the XP gain you get inside there. If you skip it and then chose to do the regular campaign (because its faster) youre just gonna shoot yourself in the foot. Less of an issue if you use threads of fate but thats still a lot of quick xp wasted otherwise.

Lets moan an whine for skipping the Maw intro that basically around 10 min tops and gives a level…
…to camp in either Oribos, waiting dungeon or pvp to pop or wander around in the Shadowlands, doing either story, either WQ/Quests that you did numerous times before (alt, remember?) to farm XP for leveling, to reach 60, all the same repeated activity not unike the Maw intro, except takes way more time and don’t give a whole level

Be a good lad and explain the logic behind this to me, because I simply can’t understand!
Please show me a video of someone doing the maw intro in 10 mins. 20 maybe for a very fast player and 30 for an average player. As for the reason someone might want a skip? Simple because it’s boring. The rp takes so long and the maw isn’t exactly everyone’s favourite zone.

It’s not about the exp per time invested, really. It’s just so so so so very boring.
Also I hate Jaina, I hate Anduin, I hate Thrall, I hate Baine, I really don’t wanna spend any time with them. Let alone save them.
Plus I like leveling as the spec I ultimately play the class as, so healers take a fair bit more time to go through the entire thing.

I need to know your system. I just got my priest through the maw this weekend and it took me around 45 minutes for ~75% of a level.
Nothing escapes the maw (induction quests)

Why people want skip? Because they cannot do they favourite gameplay, dungeons, pvp etc. Because some of us have level up over 10 characters and know every word from that questline.
You know that lots of player lisen music and turn off ingame sounds because they have enought talking npcs.
Much of the Maw intro is a glorified walking simulator and Thrall feeling inadequate because he can only find an axe with too much haft.
