Shadowlands could use new visuals regarding gear.
Yes! Knee-length robes and skirts seem much more practical for adventuring than floor-length gowns!
I also really hope that some of the costumes shown on Venthyr npcs will also be available for players too as there are some lovely options there.
honestly, why not both? i am really longing to have more variety. not only for cloth, but for literally every other armor type as well. right now its so unbelievably generic.
give professions more transmog pieces. it doesnt have to be epic equip thats super useful or progression based.
Yes - definitely both! We have full-length options already but more options are never a bad thing!
Professions making transmog pieces would be a fantastic way to get more out of them - perhaps non-armour professions could also be involved, e.g. inscription makes dyes to get different colour variants, jewelcrafting makes gems and other fancy stuff to create âbedazzledâ versions etc.?
I would like to see fuller skirt options too rather than all this flat stuff we get.
More customization and player choice? Yes please.
They are trying and now armor got random butt covering.
We need more bikini armor!
Something we actually agree on we need more skirts and kilts for all armour sets.
No. No we donât.
I would like to see more knee length coats like the Kul Tirans wear, I like a bit of Victorian style. If I could have a Sherlock Holmes (Jeremy Brett, not that Cumberbatch bollox) Iâd have at least one human male.
Yes Victorian. VICTORIAN!!
NOT screamthug or steamfuzz or smokepunk or whatever the fudge it is.
Yes. Yes we do!
Well if pixellated semi nude is your thing I guess.
I find a bowl of rice pudding found after lying in the bottom of a garden for 6 months to be more appealing.
What do you think of the Venthyr npc clothing? While there are some skimpy tops for the ladies, the cloaks, dresses and jackets are to die for! Appropriate, really, for the ShadowlandsâŚ
Some can be really tasteful in my view or maybe they could update the old ones but more choice is a good idea
hahaha player choice and blizzard dont fit together.
gotta please them Chinees overlords.
cover every piece of skin thatâs visible.
I really hope they will start introducing more cloth options then just these bloody robes. Itâs all robes robes robes for years now, just do something else already.
Heck, how about an open robe or split robe? I mean come on already with these nun gowns. Slapping some 3D pieces on the same robe frame from 2005 and calling it a day is not exactly what people want.
Would really love more Mageweave leggings style armor, I know itâs 2k20 and weâre all in this neo-prude phase, but you still can throw people a bone there after all these years.
I really like the VE set but I cant wear it as I have no skirt option and I dislike wearing pants as a female cloth caster .
Iâd love this for casters, but I think more variety as a whole is needed. Iâd love to see more elbow guards like the eternal travellerâs ones for instance.
Some of them do look nice. I wouldnât say Victorian but I do feel they took a lot of influence from the Daedra in Elder Scrolls.
Which in itself isnât a bad thing.
To reiterate, I have no problem with people wanting to see more flesh. like I said. if thatâs your thing, go for it. Iâve never been a fan of next to nothing because in my opinion running around fighting meanies in just a pair of underpants and a bikini top just sounds as ridiculous as it looks. But then again we are playing a video game and a video game could never be accused of blistering realism in physics or biology.

I really hope they will start introducing more cloth options then just these bloody robes. Itâs all robes robes robes for years now, just do something else already.
The best thing they could probably do is to just drop the armor weight restrictions. We got cloth that looks like plate, leather that looks like plate, mail that looks like plate and plate that looks like cloth. Not to mention the plethora of npcâs that completely ignores the restrictions.
I am praying for better looking mail.
