Skull of the Man'ari

So i saw this lvl 120 warlock have the ‘‘Skull of the Man’ari’’ beside him, so i wondered if i could do the same but i can’t find any soulution to transmog my off-hand to Skull of the Man’ari.

If i could get any help that would be great!

You have to transmog the whole thing, spine and all.

Click Legion artifacts on the main hand.

Still waiting for change in transmog restrictions for artefact weapons …

Also, can only be transmogged on your demo spec.

I guessed!

But long story short, can only mog it while you are specced demonology, have to mog the whole thing, can’t just roll around with the offhand (unfortunately) but you can mog ANY weapon into it, even a staff.

EDIT: Except wands I think? because of the shoot animation.

Yes, wands can only be mogged with Wands, Artifact Weapons doesn’t work in that case
