Found this in the US forum and wanted to share. You can preview the new pvp enchant on the PTR by using this script. Where you change XYZ to an actual item code (search the item on wowhead and paste the ID).

ugly af, nothing will ever be as good as the MoP red/blue ones
People complained that dreadflame wasn’t as visible / distinct as the prior elite illusions, and now they make this which is barely visible. Lolz.
The color is cool and the idea is cool though. They just have to up the density by 9000 %

The bigger question is though will the 2100 enchant be account wide in Shadowlands from BfA?
Would rather it return to 2400 one can only hope

I’d be fine with it being locked behind 2.4, if you can get it from 2 vs 2 2.4 too.
It was in legion also u could get it from 2s if i remember or not
yes its account bound dreadflame on ptr I can use it on my lvl 10s.
not in legion you couldn’t no :l it sounded like you could but it was only from 3’s in the end else I’d have it since I have like 2 of the tabards
I had expected less and worse, so I am already slightly positively surprised. If they could increase the density a little more, it could look really good.
