Slayer causes conflicting priorities on Arms

The combined effect of slayers malice and opportunist makes Overpower procs so strong relative to MS and execute that it is often correct to press it even at rage cap in execute phase with high stacks of juggernaut. It makes no sense and feels really bad. One of these overpower hero talents should get reworked into something buffing execute instead or just nerfed and the power distributed elsewhere in the slayer tree. Our builders/fillers should never take prio over the spenders when we are saturated. If only the colossus tree wasn’t so far behind we would atleast have an alternative with proper priorities, but since blizzard seems content with keeping slayer as the strongest of the 2 trees in raid, they could atleast try to fix these problems. They did seem to make an attempt earlier with a 33% nerf to opportunist, but it hasn’t been enough to change the priorities.

I felt compelled to make this post because of the 15% overpower buff relative to 10% for execute coming next reset, compounding this issue even further.
