Question: I have 100 MB internet. My game stutters slightly and my discord often lags while playing. When I do a speedtest without WOW running its good speed close to 100. With WOW running I get 3 MB download only, hence my lagging discord. Is the slight stutter in game also due to the internet connection? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
I am not really understanding what is the exact problem you are trying to describe as you use terms which least I assign to entirely unrelated things.
Stutter: do you mean fps drops or stutter on the graphics, or something else? This usually is related to your computer, eg. graphics and not network.
Discord: Do you mean latency shown by Discord when connected to a voice channel or something else?
Speed: You also mention your network speed. That is not directly related to stutters or lag (latency, time how quickly you get response from server, measured in milliseconds) but how fast the data itself is transferred (measures usually in megabits per second or similar units.
As for possible causes:
- If you mean graphical stutter then that might be related to your computer performance or problematic drivers especially if it in the past it worked without issues. Without knowing exact specs of your computer it is not really possible to guess what causes it.
- It might also be due to background programs, especially since you mentioned some kind of problem with Discord. Try disabling hardware acceleration in Discord settings, close any unnecessary background programs and see if that helps.
b) Discord lag: Again, this depends on what exactly you mean by lag.
c) Transfer speed: this sounds like the game client is downloading something. Make sure you have fully downloaded the game so there is no background downloads active. WoW itself doesn’t require much bandwidth - I have played WoW just fine on a slow mobile 3G connection though latency was quite bad.
If you are not downloading anything try to run the speed test using a different device (computer, phone etc) connected to the same network while WoW is running in your gaming PC and see what sort of result you get. This should help to rule out if it’s a network problem or not.

Oh my the stutter is gone, after a driver update 
The discord lag is others hearing me as a robot 
often, as soon as I open a site or send a file while playing.
