Sliver of N'Zoth - Killing Warmode disabled players?

I dont know if Sliver of N’Zoth is supposed to work on Warmode disabled players.

But that is how it is being used on several of my guildies by a disgruntled x-guildie.
They do not have Warmode on. He is using the Sliver.

Find it weird that people who havent opted for world pvp can be ganked by this thing…

Either a bug or mistake then.

Most likely a bug. Also, its a really bugged toy regardless. Doesn’t do the stated % and can potentially lethal you from max hp

They seriously need to disable the features of this patch before they start doing real damage to the game…

or else fix them, very quickly.
