As it says and i’m pretty sure many people have the same issue, why WE CAN’T download our game like any normal person out there? it gets stuck on “initialising” and it doesn’t start at all. so please, fix the problem. that’s one of the thing that is more important to do in a videogame. thank you.

i dont have any issue with it.
have you tried talking to your ISP to see if they can see any problems?
have you tried making a traceroute?
