When I log in on a caracter I get a slow turning. Then I log out and in again and now the caracter turns with normal speed. Same every time.
I have checked graphic settings and it is normal.
We assume it’s caused by some bugged Siren Isle quest. If it gets annoying try this addon. https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/kab-turn-speed

Just to add for people who don’t want to get an addon for this, you can also manually set the turning speed with the command from this page:
On a related note, if anyone has noticed a particular quest or situation that will trigger the slower turning speed, please do let us know in a bug report so we can take a look at preventing it in the first place.
