for about two weeks, this advertising junk flooded my mailboxes. I have a lot of alts, some of them got 3-4 pieces, so I had to delete hundreds of them and write “delete” manually.
A few days ago it stopped and I believed it was over.Unfortunately, tonight the mailboxes signaled a inc. post again and to my unpleasant surprise, this spam returned to flood my mailboxes.
It’s hard to believe that such a AAA company like Blizzard can’t fix this issue for two or three weeks and continues to annoy its players with this megaspam 
My recommendation to Blizz, hire less hair designers and more developers …

I’d say the problem in the fix is that it is not every player being affected. Bugs like that are harder to track down.

It is odd how some people are plagued and others get nothing.
I do hope they can fix it.
but they know which players have this problem and there will certainly be a lot of them incl. those who don’t complain here, so they should find something common for them.
It would be enough just not to send the same thing to one character or even better on one account more than once.
Which if you check the support pages, they are activly working on. Again bug fixes don’t happen overnight.

so another week passed and today I received another batch of this advertising garbage on every alt ! mailbox…Blizzard has a problem if they are not able to fix an issue caused by themselves, maybe doesn’t employ capable enough people and should have replaced a couple of them.If you they are not good enough to find the problem, delete the whole thing from the system, remove Mizzen from the game or at least change the rare status of that thing to uncommon/common so that it can be deleted without typing “DELETE”, idk.Or put an advertisement in the local newspaper and find someone who can do it.
I’ve just come back to wow after a few months and found out about this quest after finding one of the coins randomly and checking to see what it is. I have a different problem, i havnt got this mail at all to even begin the quest!
a total mess. An hour ago, I started receiving more Mizzen spam from Blizzard… again.It will probably last until the end of the DF.Meanwhile, the lag of the guild bank and mailbox, which Blizzard has not been able to permanently resolve for about 6 weeks, has returned.
Well, at least we got Body 1 and Body 2 now, something we’ve been waiting for years.And in the next big patch, the blood elf will get another 4 shades of hair color…
It seems it is no longer the company it used to be.
So, it’s been a month and Blizzard keeps flooding my mailboxes with spam from Mizen.I don’t believe that if Blizzard was interested to fix this issue, they wouldn’t be able to do it in 4 weeks !.I think they simply don’t care.
Since it is not a bug affecting the whole playerbase, it will be harder to recreate the bug and fix on thier internal servers. Chill the hell out. they are working on it.
In the mean time take the 5 seconds it takes to delete the item.
so mighty Blizzard has been working for a whole month to shut down one virtual spammer Mizzen and I’m supposed to believe that ? Maybe they can’t fix it but If they wanted to, they would stop it in an hour.
It took them almost a whole year to stop a Warriors charge causing a disconnect when charging into water.
Bugs are sometimes hard to nail down.
