im 150 mining but i cannot smelt how can i fix this so i can smelt ? thanks
Smelting hasn’t been a thing with Mining since the Mists of Pandaria expansion I believe. In Shadowlands, you only need the ores to produce goods through professions like Blacksmithing or Engineering 
Also, Mining Skill doesn’t mean anything nowadays. All nodes can be mined once Mining is learned, and the only reason to visit the profession trainer in Oribos is to Learn Shadowlands Mining for the sake of earning skillups when mining nodes in Shadowlands, and you have learned all this is to learn for this profession.
Increased Mining Skill only increases the chance of increased yield when mining the nodes, which is a random proc, and that is all that is to it. No smelting nor addition stuff to learn down the road.
