Hello everyone,
my friend got problem he wants to put Phone Number into his account, but he aint receiving any sms code back to verify. He did everything support page says he has to do but still nothing, contacted mobile provider also but there are not any blocked SMS to his phone.
Any help?

I have exact same issue. Not getting text messages from Blizzard but they keep sending me copy pasted responses to my tickets…

We aren’t aware of any issue with our systems at the moment, and if you haven’t tried yet, please give this a try, this should usually help:
I believe that some cellphone carriers block blizzard originated SMS’s, as they consider them to be spam/phishing.
That has been the case for a long long time, unfortunately.
