Sms protetct, i am not recieving the code

Hello ! I have a friend who uses sms protect to enter to his account. The last days he started have an issue with it cause he could not recieve the message with the code. Yesterday and today he is stuggling to enter to his account somehow cause the SmS code is not coming at his phone. Also he can’t log in from no where neither his pc nor his phone. How can i help him ?

You cannot. Blizzard will not act through a proxy.

Your friend will have to contact Blizzard support themselves.

He did. They asked him to send his ID or something like it. The problem is that he wants to desable the sms protect and use authenticator again. Now he waits for responding.

That’s to prove it’s his account and that it’s not someone trying to steal it.
