Snowclaw Cub isn't where it should be...spawn time?

So like so many others, I’ve buggered up getting the [Snowclaw Cub], so here I am on an alt.
I have done the quests, I have the required food in my bag, and my title is active and showing, but there’s no bear on the spot where it should be??

Is there a known respawn timer after someone else has “taken it” ??

I’m lvl 65 so that’s alright, and I’ve done realm hopping for about 35min now…

According to wowhead comments the title disappears after 24 hours or by logging out. Doesn’t seem to have a known spawn/respawn timer.
Maybe this video helps. Good luck getting the bear.

Thanks, but no luck. My title is still active and showing and I’m not logging off for a few hours, but it’s hard to hand something to a bear that isn’t there…

Respawn seems to be not overly long, certainly less than an hour

Cool, thanks, I’ll just sit around and wait, I’m not risking the log out at all ^^

Hm.

Reading the comments here

suggests that

  1. The respawn timer is indeed one hour
  2. Sometimes he does spawn nearby but not exactly in the main place, so a bit of wandering with a /tar Primal may turn him up.
