It just took me a solid 20 minutes to get to this forum. There is no “bug report” forum on here.

Does Blizzard not care if EU-players find bugs?

I mean seriously. The in-game bug report was apparently removed from the menu, and instead you can find (after searching through all of “In-game issues” and finally giving up and clicking “Give Feedback” - which is not obvious btw!), I am almost frustrated to TEARS at this point, and I click at the link that opens a tab in my browser instead of the easy process of just letting me submit a bug directly… and it leads me to the US forums. Where I cannot make a comment on the forums unless I have a level 10 character…

Well. My 30-40 maxlevel characters on EU don’t count. Sadness. Guess my bugs don’t matter.

So I replace the us in the URL with eu in the hopes of just FINALLY being able to submit my bug, and what happens?
There is no bug report forum on EU. Error 404. NICE.

So I guess the topic I need help with is following:

How do I, as a EU player, submit a bug? And while we’re at it, Argus, the Unmaker, as part of the daily Theater-rare in Ardenweald, turns towards the player at the end of his Cone-cast, making it impossible to dodge.

Seriously. Can you bring back the in-game option or at least fix the link?

Nope, still there and easy to find.
Red ?/Support (1st option on the list)/submit feedback or bug report (2nd big picture from the left) and it opens on ‘submit a bug’

We don’t have a bug report forum in EU, never have, but unfortunately the Support pages on the website keep trying to take people there.

Yep, they just dont care…long gone are the days when they compensate you for login servers or servers offline and make you feel like a valuable costumer. Now they are just greedy and are not afraid os us leaving. Jus take a look what happening with Hearthstone.

Nope, still there and easy to find.

Is it? It was moved from the very top layer to “Give Feedback”. And if you click it, it doesn’t open the usual window where you can submit a bug ingame, the resulting window contains a hyperlink that leads you to the US bug report forum. Which I cannot use, as a customer based in the EU. It is no longer possible for me to report a bug properly. Or what submenu are you referring to?

EDIT: I found the picture. It is still there. Thank you. It was, however, confusing to find. I’ll retract my accusation, but I stand by my frustration.

EDIT2: Why does the “Submit Feedback” → “Report a bug”-link not refer to this form?
