and atleast 2 talents that Severely pushes us to dual wield again is implemented. great, another BoS expansion.

This CD has been nothing more than trash skill as well as a hassle of a game design for DK.
Frost Dk would be way better off if Blizzard had removed this garbage for something that revolves around our relentless assault on the enemy. The fight the bar mechanic is the most degenerate and stupid thing ever to be designed, heck, this is why Shadow Priest got theirs removed for obvious reasons.
