Yep, it was a bug last night. They sent out a message in game shortly after
[SERVER] “Attn: Ulduar raiders! There was a bug that allowed Auriaya to respawn after being killed. The bug is now fixed. To make Auriaya vanish if you’ve already killed her, simply pull her and reset the encounter. Thank you.”
Some guilds did kill her and get more loot, but not sure if Blizzard will do anything about it. It’s a normal mode boss, so whatever
