Sad but true. I know from seeing in other games that imbalance perpetuates itself. The more broken a selection of classes is, the more people will eventually cave in and re-roll for success. The more people do this, the more apparent this imbalance becomes, and yet more people either reroll and just tap out.

This leads to a PvP meta where if you bring a weaker class, you will have a horrible time.
I think it’s pretty hilarious how some classes remain so weak or broken for so long. The problems are - in many cases - obvious. The solutions maybe less so but even so they’re still fumbling.

Enh shaman is notorious for being super squishy with not enough trade-off and yet - after years of this being a known fact - they still have the same issue. It’s practically embarrassing on Blizz’ part by now.

You are fully aware that alot of people target low geared people in BGS and it seems like they doing massive damage, when inreality they not… I used my Wake Of Ashens on a undergeared Mage and on the last tick the mage died from full HP… 3 hits from WOA and they are dead…
Shamans are realy good! dont give up tho…

Enhancement shaman is one of the worst specs in pvp. Instead of rerolling class though, I would advice you to just switch to elemental, because ele is easier to play than enhance while also being stronger

Resto Druid - Warrior-Enhance comp seemed good to me yesterday, try that comp if you haven’t yet.

Plese please go play demon hunter. I cant wai when you roll one, go to BG and end up being the worst again only to realize that nom atter if the class is or is not FOTM the first reqwuirement to play the class good is to know how to play it.

You gonna suck as DH aswell.

Blizzard should honestly create a class change service. I don’t want to reroll my character when I’ve put in the work with him.

Try ele ,since ur on Shammy. In PvP especially bg and especially epic ones is insanely fun. Literally im laughing cuz sometimes is just ridiculous and is kinda hard for anyone to out dmg you haha

There should be counters to certain play styles. The balance should also be much better than it current is.

When people like a certain spec, rerolling is not an option… especially when the other spec is another kind of type.

I know a lot of people that while having multiple styles of gameplay, they stick to their type. So if they like melee they play only melee specs.

And tbh this is something blizz should balance rather than the players adapting

The WW rework has been very good for them from what I’ve seen. Could always go back to that if Ret isn’t tickling your fancy atm.

Elemental, take magma totem and watch all those free lava burst procs

thunderstorm anyone near a cliff
forget playing enhance… go ele

take as many party wide totem buffs as you can, and use them in big fights for your team
ie… tremer totem, earthgrab, poison cleanse, healing stream etc

we will name this spec… Totemental

So you want to tell us that DH is so OP, it makes 3,5 times the damage the next specc does? This actually IS a skill issue. DH dmg is OP, but not 3,5 times better.

Theres no downside to playing a DH though. Amazing mobility/escape, instant CC, Good damage and defensives.

Compare that to a warlock, amazing damage and tanky but having to hard cast damage, hard cast stuns, hard cast mobility, mobility that causes damage when used

The state of pvp got to the level of comparing dmg in a random battleground where, I don’t know, maybe one dude is full gear Gladiator bashing noobs and having fun. Call me crazy, but i doubt this argument is relevant from pvp stand point. Is Enha weak, maybe, is DH strong, maybe again, the question is, on let’s say as much as possible of equal grounds a DH can deal 3.5 times more dmg than another dps (from the pov of ilvl and skill), well i don’t think so, not even compared the weakest dps spec in the gamw
