The employees who post here are not the ones who handle your tickets, they can do some very limited things and answering your ticket is not one of them.

I understand if the ticket service is slower, due to lack of staff, but when I see replies from blizzard employes whule waiting for over 12h to just get a simple reply for my first ticket, I do have to question why the ticket-system exists, when the only chance of a reply IS forums like this one.

The ticket system is slow for a few reasons, people opening multiple tickets on the same subject and people opening stupid tickets and quite a few other reasons.

I don’t want to be harsh, but this is outragous, especially considering how much money ends up being invested in the game and how much time is being wasted just babbling and trying to deny things that obviously are true.

That’s your view on it, others see it differently and you cannot seem to accept that.
