People talk about age difference in a world where that is non consequential besides cultural and physical limitations. If we go outside of WoW and look at many vampire stories then age is a relative subject, add to that elves in various books who are 300 years old and fall in love with a human.
I keep repeating myself and people keep writing about a romance, I don´t see it is impossible but highly unlikely. I think “love” will surface in a different way, not in a romantic/sexual one though.

Don’t be ridiculous, we all know Anduin is already taken by Wrathion.
