So I am stuck

Clearly I don’t know what the hell am I doing regarding Maghar Orc allied race quests… I managed to do 3 parts of the achievement (Create footholds in each zone), but that is it… Because now I need to farm reputation with all other zones and tribes/characters in order to pursue other parts of the achievement. While I need to farm and chase current Shadowlands content… Can anyone help me how to solve this achievement fast or I need to grind all of these reps?

Below are the steps to unlock the Mag’har Orc Allied Race:

  • Ready for War requires players to complete the 8.0 Horde War Campaign. Learn how to complete each step in our War Campaign Guide.

  • You must then complete a special recruitment scenario, starting at the Orgrimmar Embassy from Eitrigg ( Vision of Time), which demonstrates why the Mag’har Orcs join the Horde.

  • You have now earned the Allied Races: Mag’har Orc achievement and can create a Mag’har Orc.

Here is the War Campaign guide, starting at level 50:

Unfortunately, I can’t get your armoury to show up for your character - assuming this is the character you are doing it on? - so I can’t see exactly what you have done so far.

Here is the achievement you need to get. You can look it up in your own Achievements panel in-game, to see which parts you need to work on:

Sorry this is my main character on whom I am doing all of this, for some reason wow forum changes them frequently XD. armory:

OK, so you do indeed have just the three Footholds and nothing else. That’s a nice clean point to start from.

Here is the sequence of quests you have to do:

Should take only a few hours. The next step will always be shown at the top of your quest log anyway.

Reputation requirements are no longer needed.

However it says here that I need to do Unite the zandalar quest, which is reputation grind or should I just go to the “First Assault” part 1.?

Sorry; you’re right - but I really don’t think of that as a grind. You just do enough quests in each of the three zones to get to Friendly. Half-an-hour each, maybe?

Exalted was a grind! Friendly is nothing. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah that is true I got first one in 30 mins, it’s just in my head, everyone is saying you need to do this do that (Thorgast, covenants, mythics…)… You will fall behind etc., idk why are people like this… XD

What you feel you need to do depends on what your ambitions are. If you’re aiming at an early Mythic raid completion, or a high Arena rating, then yeah, you need to do a bit to get ahead of the Joneses. If not, Blizzard have implemented rolling catch-up mechanisms for Anima and renown and Torghast, so that if you do fall behind, you will earn faster as the weeks go on so you can still catch up.

Here’s Preach, a top player, on the subject of what you need to do if you are in a demanding guild expecting performance.

Very nice video, who do you recommend from commmunity for these kinds of videos, very informative…

Who do I recommend? Him. :stuck_out_tongue:

Of all the commentators, he is best informed and delivers his points most clearly. He also does some non-game stuff like Story Time, which doesn’t interest me, but that’s OK; his instructions and analyses are always first-rate.

Fatboss is the standard for videos of raid boss tactics:

Soul and Kelani and Dratnos are also reliable informers:

You might get some good out of Bellular. He’s gone very wide in the last year, outside WoW to gaming news in general, and clickbaity compared to his old self, but he still does do some solid guides, and his History of WoW playlist is good if you’re into that.

For PvP, there are any number of people, but they tend to be class-specific.
